Erica Bates is a writer, artist, and educator. She believes that her writing can inspire and empower individuals to live life to the fullest. With over 25 years of classroom experience and an Educational Specialist degree, Erica Bates strives to generate in young people a joy of learning. She has a Maryland Educator Certificate in Early Childhood Education Pre-K-3 and an Association of Christian Schools International Educator’s Certificate for the elementary level. While pursuing her doctorate degree in curriculum and instruction, Erica mentors and serves in her community through various organizations. In addition to writing, Erica enjoys presenting and engaging in local and national conferences, Erica’s goal is to empower educators as they make a positive impact in the lives of their students.
